Much-loved British comedian musician Bill Bailey will be bringing his Bill Bailey Live in Asia Tour 2018 to Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday, April 4th.
The last performance of the four-day 2018 Magners International Comedy Festival in Vietnam, Bailey’s show is a compendium of travelers’ tales and general shenanigans from 20 years working as a traveling comedian.
Brand new material will be interlaced with Bailey’s signature musical virtuosity, surreal tangents and trademark intelligence, and as part of the show Bailey will tackle a range of subjects including philosophy and the pursuit of happiness.
Bill Bailey has enjoyed success on the live stage for decades. He has previously toured Limboland and Larks in Transit in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, UK and all over the world enjoying packed houses and rave reviews. This year, the Bill Bailey Live in Asia Tour 2018, an ever-evolving show, will feature brand new material gathered from his tours and encounters over the past 12 months.
Bailey is currently filming a comedy drama called In the Long Run created by Idris Elba for Sky, and is developing new ideas for TV under his own company Glassbox Productions. He also recently walked 100 miles with his closest pals from Bedfordshire to Wiltshire in memory of his mother and in support of the Stand Up To Cancer charity foundation.
